I ve been cramping since ovulation. Cramping pain after ovulation. I typically don t get ovulation cramps but i ve been cramping on the left side and middle of my uterus since the day of ovulation this cycle. I did a test at 8dpo and bfn. It typically happens about midway through a woman s menstrual cycle.
